At the heart of Georgian Oasis is Armyla Epstein, a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience and a deep, lifelong passion for compassionate elder care. Armyla’s professional background includes extensive work in Stem Cell Transplant, Oncology, Hematology, and Telemetry, with advanced certifications in both Adult Oncology Nursing (OCN) and Gerontological Nursing (RN-BC)—a dual expertise that allows her to care for seniors with both clinical precision and emotional insight.
As the founder and hands-on administrator of Georgian Oasis Assisted Living, Armyla brings her full experience, empathy, and leadership to every detail of care. Her vision is rooted in a belief that growing older should never mean receiving less—and that every elder deserves to be treated with dignity, presence, and profound respect. Through her leadership, Georgian Oasis has become a peaceful, professional, and truly nurturing home for seniors—a place where both families and residents can feel safe, supported, and deeply valued.

As Vice President of Georgian Oasis Assisted Living, Julien Usami brings a unique blend of compassionate caregiving and culinary expertise to our home. With over five years of hands-on experience in elder care, Julien has worked closely with seniors facing a wide range of cognitive and memory-related challenges. His calm presence, patience, and attentiveness have made him a trusted figure in providing daily support and personalized companionship to residents.
In addition to his caregiving background, Julien has a distinguished career in the Food & Beverage industry, currently serving as a professional chef for a respected Japanese company. He now leads menu development and nutritional planning at Georgian Oasis—crafting thoughtful, balanced meals that are both comforting and nourishing.
Julien’s passion lies in bringing joy through food and familiarity. His approach ensures that every resident receives meals that feel like home while supporting their health, preferences, and dietary needs.
